Matthew was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was kind, friendly, and made the whole process feel easy from start to finish. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing. Everything was handled efficiently and with care. It’s not often you come across someone so capable who also takes the time to be genuinely personable.
Highly recommend!
Andrea Rose.

Excellent service. I have dealt with 3 staff, and they were all professional, friendly and took the time to explain outcome to me. Chris was my main contact, and he was patient with me, super customer service. Highly recommend.

I accidentally broke a water line in an Airbnb and thought my $2000 deposit was going to be forfeited. They came and fixed everything as if nothing had happened, and I got my deposit back. Thank you so much to their team!

They're fantastic; I had a problem, and they came the same day. Professional and attentive, I highly recommend them.

Do NOT use these plumbers.
They were the only ones to apply to do the bunnings installation BUT they charged me $250 extra. I pais $125 cash deposit on first quote and the rest in cash on the day of installation. The toilet started leaking and they would not answer my phone calls, emails or texts. I ended up having to get Consumer Affairs to contact them and they came back then, but did not find the leak. I eventually paid another plumber another $150 to fix the leak.
To top it off, they are now harassing me to pay the $250 again and will not accept I have already paid. STAY AWAY!
